What are the show times?

Gates open 4:30pm

Main event 6:30

Allow extra time for entry.

What is the best ticket to purchase?

General Admission: No allocated seating, first in best dressed. BYO chair is recommended. This ticket allows you to sit anywhere in the picnic area (no chairs, only picnic blankets), a limited amount of unallocated planked seating available and BYO chairs for behind the planked reserved seating. 

Low Level Tiered Planked Seating: Allocated around the rodeo arena, closest reserved seating to the action so no need to come early to secure your seat as you choose on purchase. 

Grandstand Seating: If a venue has established grandstand seating, allocated or not will vary per event. Being able to look down in the rodeo arena is great for site and a chair for comfort.

Ages Under 3 are FREE but must sit on lap of ticket holder.

VIP and Sponsors have a designated area with restricted access.

A Big Screen is normally provided at each event so no one misses the action, locations may vary.

Do you have food at your event?

Various food trucks available, will differ at each location

No outside food or drinks other than bottled water, special dietary requirements and baby food allowed into event. Bags checked on entry

Can I buy tickets at the gate?

If the event hasn't sold out, you can purchase your tickets at the gate on the day for an increased price. Online tickets can still be purchased until the event starts.

Do you have disability / Pram access / parking/ facilities?

Most events are wheelchair / Pram access friendly, disability parking varies per event - please send us a message on facebook. Disabled toilets are available (Parents room depends on venues facilities)

Will you have pre show entertainment?

Locations vary - please contact us via facebook messenger for details

Most of our events provide family fun activities including face painting, mechanical bull and jumping castle (locations will vary)

Can I purchase merchandise?

Yes! Merch will vary but most of the time we have hats, shirts, stubby coolers and jumpers available

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, no pets allowed.

Can I camp at the event?

Option will depend on location, contact the venue for details.

Will you have a bar?

Yes, a fully licensed bar will be available for 18+ (ID will be checked and presence of police may be a possibility varying at each event) no BYO allowed. 

This is a ticketed event and onsite security will be present. ZERO tolerance policy.

Is there a smoking area?

Do you have first aid onsite?

Yes, contractors will vary depending on locations.

Will you offer refunds if it rains at the event?

No. Bull Throttle organisers will communicate with the athletes and performers to ensure their safety is #1 and if the show is continued no refunds will be offered.

We recommend if the weather is a concern to purchase tickets closer to the date (tickets will be available at the gate at an increased price)

If the show is postponed prior to the day of the event, ticket holders will be given communication via email or sms.
