Venue Access

Wauchope Showground provides accessible entry points for patrons requiring mobility assistance. Ground conditions throughout the venue may vary due to weather and the nature of an outdoor event and can include grass, dirt, gravel and uneven surfaces.

Patrons with mobility requirements are encouraged to contact the event team prior to attending should they require additional assistance.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking will be available within close proximity to the event entry, subject to venue conditions and availability. A valid disability parking permit must be displayed.

Accessible Toilets

Accessible toilet facilities will be available onsite during the event.

Viewing Areas

Bull Throttle aims to provide suitable viewing opportunities for patrons with accessibility needs. Due to the outdoor and live action nature of the event, viewing positions may vary depending on crowd size and operational requirements.

Companion Card holders are welcome. Please contact the event organisers prior to the event to arrange companion ticketing requirements.

Noise, Lighting & Special Effects

• Motorbike engines and rodeo entertainment

Patrons sensitive to loud noise or sensory stimulation are encouraged to bring appropriate hearing protection.

Registered assistance animals are permitted at the venue in accordance with NSW regulations.
